An athlete throughout high school (Wrestling, Football, & Lacrosse), Keith lost touch with Physical Culture as he wrote music, toured, and released records with numerous punk and metal bands throughout college. Three years ago he found himself in his early twenties and his body a wreck. He made the decision and commitment to turn things around and with the help of American Pure Whey Keith managed to loose 60lbs of fat while adding another 20lbs of muscle!
